Kingsford Development Private Limited (“Kingsford Development”), was founded in 2011 here in Singapore. It is a subsidiary of the Kingsford Group, having various businesses which includes property development, real estate management and manufacturing as well. The Group’s operations penetrates into China and Australia, with its core focus in residential and commercial properties.

As of today, the Group has built Kingsford Hillview Peak at Hillview Avenue,  the 512-units, Kingsford Waterbay at Upper Serangoon View 1,165 units, and Normanton Park 1,862 units. The upcoming new projects are The Hill @ One-North, Chuan Park and One Marina Gardens.

In 2019 Kingsford Development has won the Singapore Prestige Brand Award – Global Brands. In 2021,  the group also won the Best Mega Scale Condominium Development and Best Mega Scale Condominium Landscape Architectural Design for Normanton Park at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards.
